I have lots of delicious leftover ham. I used to love ham salad back in my 60's childhood in Cleveland. It used ham, onion, red pepper, sweet pickles, and Miracle Whip.
If I make a big batch, can I freeze it in small containers for lunch? The texture of the vegetable matter may suffer but it may not matter because it's all ground together. Thoughts about the wisdom of this plan? I could also just freeze the ham slices and use them that way.
(This all depends on my uncovering my meat grinder, which is deeply buried somewhere.)
