Free-range chickens

I have a group of friends who have gone in with me on large purchases of, so far, organic grass-fed beef (a half) and grass-fed lamb (a couple whole) direct from the farmer. Now we're looking for chickens. Organic is great, but near-organic is good, too. We're more interested in overall philosophy than certification. We would be ordering somewhere in the range of 30-40 chickens for our freezers, so a farm that gives a discount on larger orders would be nice. (I would also prefer a place that actually gives you the gizzards and chicken feet, but that is low priority for everyone else.) One person is located in Connecticut, the rest in Boston, but one has a cottage in southern NH and another goes to Vermont on a regular basis, so many areas would be possible for us. We would just like a good supply of high-quality, naturally-raised chicken. Anyone have any suggestions?
