Francophiles and Flying Pizza in Houston

I'm in Houston doing a trade show for the next few days and plan to take my small staff out for dinner -- two of which are real foodies who also happen to be Francophiles who love a good (read authentic) bistro. Any chance?

I did happen to discover a "Mama Leone" style italian pizzeria on Hillcroft off of Westheimer called "Antonio's Flying Pizza." Yes, Antonio is the owner and his pizza's really do fly -- since the late '60's by the look of some of the photos in the entry. he makes a savory pie with a nice crust and a balanced proportion of cheese and topping's to sauce. But ask for the Stracciatella (a chicken stock-based soup with egg and spinach) which is no longer on the menu -- he'll cook it right up almost as fast as you'll eat it.
