For sale at 'Superstore' these whole carp about four pounds in loose but sealed plastic bags selling for about $6.50 each.
I assume the 'FR' means previously frozen.
Does anyone have experience cooking this type of cheap fish?
When I open the package is the fish going to stink up the place?
Any thoughts are welcome before I try one.
