Fortuna - Croton

Fortuna is the restaurant that opened where Trilogy used to be. I came too late to the area to try Trilogy, but we've been to Fortuna now several times and it is my new mission in life to make absolutely sure that it stays open. It is SO good. Okay, maybe a little pricey, but to this city girl, every bit worth it for food, atmosphere and service that is sophisticated yet fun. Delicious salads, pastas, and the best ever veal parmesean. Butterflied, thin pounded, and topped with fontina (yes, fontina!) cheese. The little bone at the end - I bet you, you'll pick it up and suck every last bit of juicy meat off of it.

So, go soon and go often. This place has got to stay as it's done much to improve my quality of suburban life immensely.
