At 7:00 in the evening, when putting all the veggies, spices and so forth in my crockpot, I had it on warm with a Roast in it. It was filled to the top, and everything was covered to the top with water/sauce. At 10:30 when I went to check it, I realized it was on warm, thinking I had put it on low this whole time. I then switched it to low and went to bed. At 7:00 am I went to check on it and the plug had fallen out. I'm not sure when, but the crock pot was not warm and the onions on top not cooked at all. I know the answer I think, but just trying to see if I can save it. It was a $25 roast with about $25 additional in veggies and so forth. I went ahead and put it on low at 7:00 am and left for the day.
PLEASE DISREGARD - I kept researching and found that 2 hours is the max I would want to have left it out and still try to cook it and eat it. Thanks!
