So, me and the family went to go visit with my parents. My dad made his amazing slow cooked then grilled brown sugar bbq ribs that my mom kindly wrapped up in foil and handed me as we were leaving. My parents cook late usually, but my dad said he started the ribs in the oven for 4 hours. It may have been 6 or 7 by the time they were done. We all didn't eat till around 8 or so, then we left around 10 something. We got home around 11 something and I got the kids to bed. I woke up around 4, realising that neither me or my wife grabbed the ribs that are in the floorboard of the passenger side. The thing is, it's been sitting in a hot car all this time (it's been really hot in North Texas lately), so I'm hoping that they are still good. What do you think?
Thanks for the help!
