I'm happily charged w/ making our Christmas dinner this year and plan to make my first rib roast. With the recent threads, seeing it done on TV, and google at my fingertips, I'm not worried about that part.
I want to make yorkshire pudding to accompany and need a foolproof recipe. I've seen it done before and it doesn't look hard, but having a good recipe is important. Please share your foolproof recipe, as well as any tips that would help a novice.
BTW, I don't have or want to buy special pans for this; can I use muffin tins?
