Foodsaver question

John E. | Nov 27, 201106:40 PM     3

I bought a Foodsaver today. I have not used one before and really had not planned on buying one but I saw it for $5 at Goodwill. It is an original Foodsaver Tilia made in Italy. It did not come with an operating manual. I suppose I can figure it out and if it does not work, well $5 is not a big deal. I spent a while looking for a manual on-line and came up empty. I found references to other people on the same quest however. My question is, have any Chowhounds been in the same dilemma and were you successful in locating an operating manual for this machine on-line, and if so, can you point me in the right direction?
