Where best for foods of Spain in Manhattan?

round2 | Jul 11, 201602:29 PM     13

A friend will be in town briefly, and has expressed a hope to eat in a Spanish restaurant to again taste foods she remembers from a year spent there in college 15 years ago. Complicating what is already not an easy search, is my being a vegetarian (I eat eggs and dairy, though). Casa Mono seems out because of me.

If I dare further complicate this search, I'd love to find a place that's not terribly loud so we won't need to yell to converse.
