The other day I was munching on some tzatziki with carrots, somewhat mindlessly, while I did some work on my computer and realized after several dips into the bowl that it was getting BETTER! Something about the way the fairly light and subtle flavors built and layered in my mouth just made each subsequent mouthful more and more delicious.
I've noticed this phenomenon with chips, peanuts, popcorn and other salty snacks where it takes a few to get going, but once you get halfway through the bag it's impossible to quit because they're just getting better too! It's like the opposite of eating something rich where you start to feel sick or oversated after just a few bites.
Do any other foods change come to mind that are more or less satisfying as you eat them?
