Foodie trip to Japan during cherry blossom season

Hi all,

I am planning a 2.5 week honeymoon trip to Japan next year in March!

I have planned the following so far:

4nights Tokyo
2 nights Hakone
2 nights Takayama
4 nights Kyoto
2nights Naoshima
2nights Hiroshima
2nights Osaka

Restaurants:
Tokyo
Sushi Saito
Jiro sushi (alternative if not getting above)
Torishiki
Motoyoshi
Bugatami
Den
Narisawa

Hakone:
Need suggestions only for lunch as i am staying in ryokan

TakayamaL
Need suggestions only for lunch as i am staying in ryokan

Kyoto:
Godan
Ogata
Nanzenji Junsei (tofu meals)
Yoshimura

Naoshimia:
Suggestions pls

Hiroshima:
suggestions pls

Osaka:
Suggestions pls

Any restaurants I have missed or not worth it? Any sights not worth visiting or worth adding?

Also anyone can help with a booking at Sushi Saito? or tips? I am staying at a 5 star hotel in Tokyo and they said they are fully booked till next August 2018 but a friend who is japanese called and they said they are taking bookings from 1 November 2017... just a bit confused.
