Great news fellow hounds!!
I have just received first hand news that a new restaurant by the name of 'R&D' will be opening up around Queen and Spadina in April.
This new establishment will be a joint venture between Chef Alvin Leung ( the Michelin 3* chef of Hong Kong's 'Bo Innovation' ) and Eric Chong ( Master Chef Canada winner ). Heading the kitchen with Eric will be Chef Nelson Tsai, former executive sous of 'America' in the Trump Hotel, sous of 'Auberge du Pommier' and the famed Vancouver restaurant 'Blue Water Cafe & Raw Bar'. Chef Tsai also honed his skill under Michelin star master chef Gray Kuntz in New York.
