This may sound silly, but can soneone help me out with the Food52 Granola recipe? Do the individual ingredients (oats, seeds, nuts) clump together after baking, or do they remain separate?
I sense that the oil and syrup may cause them to clump,, but perhaps I am mistaken.
In simpler terms,can the final product be cut into bars, or can it be sprinkled over yogurt? Can some of the ingredients be picked-out (so, if someone doesn't like pecans, they can be picked-out) or are they stuck together?
I plan on making this, since it got such rave reviews, but I'd like to know in advance, how it should dturn out.
