Help! Food-stranded in Clearwater Beach this w/e

Fellow foodies,

I _really_ need help. I just arrived in Clearwater Beach for a long w/e at the Sandpearl, and have my two meals so far here - breakfast at the Caretta and lunch at Tate Island Grill (by the pool). So far, very underwhelming – esp. lunch. I will have dinner at Caretta tonight, but if the previous experience is an indicator, I am in for a disappointment. We walked around the hotel, but could not find any decent place, at last from looking at menus.

Since I will be her until Monday, I was wondering if you guys could help me with three things:
- a place where I can have simply grilled fresh fish (no sauces, no “covering”- if it’s fresh, the best way to taste fish is either raw or quickly grilled. No qualms with eating whole fish, actually many times that’ better)
- a place that does great, simple, seasonal, local food (a la’ Blue Hill in NYC, that is)
- a brunch recommendation – I have a particular passion for crudo & raw seafood, esp. oysters.

No need for he places to be exactly in Clearwater Beach - vicinities are fine.

I really hope you can save the rest of my vacation. Thanks!!!
