Have a quick question, I smoked a beef tenderloin & surprisingly had some leftover & froze the remaining uncut portion on day 3 & took it out to thaw in the refrigerator which took 2 days. Now it's thawed & I'm wondering if it's still good. My wife looks at me like I'm nuts. Is it still good & if so for how long? What are the rules of food safety in this situation?
