What's the right food processor for preparing for dumpling fillings?

My in-laws are coming to visit us for a few months. They like cooking dumplings. To save their time, I plan to buy a food processor, which fits for a family of 4 people and which could not only chop/grind vegetable fillings but also mince the pork/lamb/beef fillings. Do you know which food processor I should get? Should I get 7-cup, 10-cup, or 12-cup? Should I get KitchenAid, Cuisinart, or Oster? Could you please specify the model? Many thanks!
