Which one should I go with? Don't intend to use it for baking purposes of any kind, I don't think. All I need it for is making raw vegan recipes: pesto, sauces, etc. I mean it would be nice to have the option of making dough and whatnot, but I just don't feel like shelling out the extra cash just in case I feel like baking a cookie three years from now.
Anyway, I'd like the opinion of those who are familiar with either a raw/vegan lifestyle or with food processors in general. I've read that going bigger is better, but is that true in every case? In my case? What do you guys think? I'm not firm on this position, so please share your thoughts.
