My gf are I are going to Disney at the end of August we are coming from NJ and the train ride (cause I dont fly) will take around 20 hours. I know the train has a food car but I rather try and bring something. We are both on weight watchers diets so the fried chicken is out. We would also need at least two meals each.
I would like some suggestions on what we should take something high in fiber, and protein. Also would store in a cooler/travel well.
I was thinking some type of a noodle dish, P&J, fruits, and veggies.
