If I continue to read these postings and start eating at all of these recommended places, I am going to have to start working out and remembering to take my cholesterol meds on a regular bases. I just can't face the idea of cutting out most carbs and eating mostly veggies, fruits, and nuts. My life as a foodie might be shorter, but it may also be more pleasurable. But has anyone out there food a good way to balance health and eating all of these goodies? I am looking for advice that goes beyond "Don't eat out every meal." If don't go out to eat more than one or two times a week and eat pretty healthily when I eat at home. But every meal out seems to put on a pound!!
