Food at Beer Garden

Willie Johnson | May 6, 2003 05:41 PM

We are going to have a "just married" party at the beer garden soon. Now, we've always enjoyed the fine selection of beers -- but the few real meals we've had there consisted of dried out bohemian pork and then goulash (dried out pork in a bland tomato sauce.)

But that one time the kielbasa on the grill tasted good after some spaten octoberfest! yum

Now we have to choose some foods for the partay. I'm thinking it's a safer bet to get kielbasa, chicken wings and fries, maybe eggplant parm for the vegetarians in the crowd. The items on the catering list are different than regular menu items. They have things on there like Baked Ziti and spare ribs. Weird!

Any suggestions? I don't want to risk getting overcooked foodstuffs. Hard to overcook a sausage!
