The mini-thanksgiving thread reminded me of my turkey question. Recently roasted a 1.6 pound turkey breast at 350 degrees for an hour and it came out pink so I put in back into the oven for more roasting (internal temp was about 150). How well done does poultry have to be before it's safe to eat?
