I've always found Folliero's to be a decent alternative to Casabianca if not quite in the same league (the crust being a bit too doughy and bread-like for my taste). Until last night...
When I phoned in my order last night, I asked if they could do a thin crust cheese pizza. Got it home and it was absolutely great. The crust was as thin, if not thinner than most NY pizzas, with the dough, cheese and sauce blended perfectly. A wood burning oven would have made it Pizza Nirvana.
Maybe a shade below Nicky D's (when they're on their game), but a great pie nonetheless - especially with a total cost of $6.80 for a medium pizza.
