Foie Gras/Goose Liver in Israel

A while back, I asked here, I believe, if anyone had any information on a trend I'd heard about - Foie gras pubs in Tel Aviv. So, I don't recall getting any response, but I found a link to a review site, discussing some places specializing in foie gras in Israel, a major producer. So here's the link for anyone interested.

The site also has interesting articles on restaurants and the variety of cuisines available in Israel.
