My brother's 30th birthday is next month and I want to take him to a steakhouse. There are two downtown that I heard of and wanted to see which one has the better cuts of beef. Chima has the better ambiance in my opinion, but my brother will only care about the food. For myself, a good salad bar with Swiss chard would be great so any advice in regards to that would help too. Top priority is the steak though.
