Fogo de Chao

I went to opening night at Fogo de Chao on Thursday night. It was a "soft" opening but it was amazing. The cold salad bar offered huge asparagus spears and hearts of palm, smoked salmon, greens, etc. It was great, but the best items were the the ever-filling picanha (steak) and chicken legs/drum sticks. It is amazing! I loved all of the meats... The service was attentive, friendly, and helpful. It's a large restaurant and reservations will likely be needed. Price ($50/person)is relatively expensive, but then again, you'll need a crane to lift you out of your chair. Extensive wine list. Desserts looked appetizing, but there was no way I could even consider any other food by the end of the two-hour meal.
