Flushing: Any Shanghai better than Yangtze River? or Sichuan better than the Chengdu stand in the mini mall?

Not that familiar with Flushing and do not get up there enough to go to that many places to find the best on my own...
Looking for a restaurant -know about the Food Court which is wonderful but sometimes the occasion calls for a bit better ambiance- nothing upscale or anything, can anyone recommend a favorite Shanghai and Sichuan and any other regional restaurants there?

Main priority is authenticity. No English menu ok.

The only problem with the Chengdu stand is that apparently the proprietor is closing up shop this year. A great loss, maybe there is nothing that can match him in the area?
As for Yangtze River, it is fine and some dishes are excellent, but overall the food and service are not as good as Moon House or Yeah Shanghai in Manhattan.
