Surprised to find Berkeley Bowl & Telegraph Whole Foods both lacked the King Arthur organic bread flour & Bob's Red Mill "Ivory" whole white wheat flour I had been using in LA. Also interested in heirloom red wheats (organic of course). Where do serious bread bakers get flours around here? I haven't tried the big Bowl yet, only the Shattuck one.
Better yet, is there anyplace around here milling fresh flours? I had heard the new Whole Foods on Gilman has a mill, but upon investigation, it turned out only to be for much coarser home brewing use.
