My vanilla cake recipe calls for 1.5 cups of self-rising Flour and 1.25 cups of all-purpose flour. I have at home "bread flour" and "cake flour" Can i do an even exchange and substitute both? I'm a novice baker and I'm freaking out : ) I don't have time to go to store now as I have 3 little ones and it's for my husband's birthday. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
