Under current ownership since last April and newly renovated in November, this former bakery, now cafe bakery is serving up some breakfast and lunch items that we should take note of. Red eye gravy is available as is mornay sauce and a poutine variation. Biscuits are on the menu. Eggs are offered sunny, and a request for over-easy was met kindly at the register, but was not delivered from the kitchen as kindly. Those poor eggs were inedible.
Many breakfast items are listed on both the breakfast and lunch menus. Keeping things very simple and focused, if a bit cheesey.
Coffee is Stumptown and other "local" stuff is advertised.
Looking forward to more visits, I hope to try more breakfast and lunch items, sans fried eggs.
