Had the usual favorites at Floating Rock..Cambodian in Revere..tiger tears, squid, mint salad, seafood chow foon, fish cakes (even better than usual), quail app (eh), seafood chow foon, spicy chili pork.We wisely ordered several dishes at a time and service timing was greatly improved.
Peach Farm Seafood..spicy salt fried soft shell crabs are in and they still do a great job. Clams in Black bean sauce was another great dish. They steered me away from the oysters....said they weren't very good that day..sign of a good restaurant to me.
Uni..Did an omakase here. Lot of the old dishes, tomato martini, uni/egg spoon, kumamoto oyster/uni/caviar, eel/foie gras...and a few new ones..a broth with an egg lightly poached and raw kobe beef added and "barely cooked" by the heat of the broth, several creative hamachi dishes. Very enjoyable meal.
