Flat flavor- where did I go wrong?

Pork shoulder, trimmed fat, seasoned with cumin, chipotle, salt, onion and garlic powders. Seared all sides. Then added a bottle of Corona, about 2 Tbps honey and pressure cooked for 50 minutes. Fall apart tender, but just bland as hell. How do I build delicious meaty layers of flavor?
