I've always come to this site because the depth of knowledge is amazing. This is my first post because I can't seem to find the answer to this question anywhere.
I would love a recipe for flanken ribs that is not korean related. Bought about 2 pounds this week on sale and would like to cook them tomorrow. Any ideas that don't include the normal kalbi/soy marinades that I see all over the internet?
