I have been trying out some nice Flake Salts.
Wondering how you are using them.
I have been enjoying a citrus blend - flavor fish, veg and poultry dishes as a finishing salt. Adds a nice little crunch - don't mind that tumeric is in there for a yellow hue.
And, really love the smoked flake salt.
Anyone cooking with it ?
