I'm making an easy fruit dip - crushed pineapple, cream cheese and marshmallow fluff.
I mixed it all in the kitchen aid -but I didn't like the recipe as posted (too pineappley) so I added another block of cream cheese which hadn't thawed but was pretty soft. But now my dip had small lumps of cream cheese. They are small lumps and not that noticeable since there are lumps of pineapple. But I wondered if there was anything I could do to fix it.
