I'm not sure there's much more to say, apart from pointing out that there appears to be a fundamental change to the bases of the pans, as well.
Specifically, they now appear to be chamfered along the lower half and then angle upwards to be vertically flush with the sidewalls. The video in the link below shows more detail. Otherwise the changes are primarily to the handles, lids, and pouring lips.
Oh, and they say the new pans are made with up to 90% recycled stainless steel.
