Since I'm decided to go the piece-by-piece route with updating my pots & pans, I stopped by Home Goods today and checked out the cookware aisle. They had the 2.7 quart Fissler saucepan. I've seen these pans before and appreciated them, but wasn't in the market to upgrade my pots at the time. It feels to be good quality and preliminary reviews of the Fissler Original Pro set are all glowing. But is cladded preferred for being able to take on a variety of tasks? Or is this a solid choice for a saucepan while cladded can be reserved for skillets, etc?
