c oliver encouraged us over at the WFD thread to create meal posts here, and I thought that was a great idea. :)
Fish tacos are one of the Man's favorite meals ever. Tonight we were blessed with a fridge dump by his mom who's moving out of state so we got some shrimp and tilapia, which we fried up with a beer batter (made with our inherited Bud Light Lime). The tacos were dressed with a blended pico de gallo, habanero/lime/garlic crema, crisped (in ice water) red cabbage and some supersweet, diced fresh mangos.
Love fish tacos because they can be done up in so many different ways.
What's your take?
