Need to feed 6 people this Saturday, and I would love to make a big whole fish baked in a salt crust but have never done this before. Any recommendations? My main worries are 1) will the fish be too salty? 2) baking time 3) should I use 2 smaller whole fish (about 3 lbs each) or one large one.
Also, are there any other fish recipes you may have (tried and true, please) for a large party?
