I was at my butcher shop this AM getting my weeks meats and found finnan haddie in the sea food case. You just don't see that in Bloomington, IN and I had to have some.
Does anyone have a favorite recipe for it? How about a favorite kedgeree recipe. I was looking at just freshening it and then broiling and serving with a bit of butter and lemon but if anyone has some old family favorite way of preparing it I'm open to suggestions.
