Has anyone had a cocktail with finger limes in it? I mean not as just a garnish with a tsp. of the little beads in the bottom of the glass, but where the beads are a main ingredient or main modifier, or the zest is?
I'm working with using it on multiple levels. The beads of fruit, dried, powdered zest, zest to make syrup, zest to infuse spirits. it would be nice if it was more readily available, and cheaper. The best price I have found so far is a local H-Mart where a limited amount of Buck Brand organic CA grown is available at $2.99 for 1/4 lb. A huge break as compared to previous years.
