What's the fine flakey fleur de sel?

All I keep finding is the salt in the large chunks that really can't be sprinkled over food without grinding it. I've read about a finer, flakier salt that I'm hoping still has some texture, but can be used on food as found in many fine restaurants. You know it's there texture & taste-wise, but not in big over-salty chunks. I believe it is Portuguese? Any input / best places to find it?
