OK. So I'm tantalized by the possibility of incorporating the Korean condiment Gochujang into my cooking. Problem. I cannot seem to find it. Probably, I am simply not able to read the label, nor have I been able to convey my search to someone at the Super 88, for example. Any hints on what to look for? How to decipher a label? What form it comes in -- paste, powder, sauce? I'm willing to drive to a well-stocked market, but need some guidance. Also welcome any successes in cooking with gochujang.
