I am looking for great multi-ethnic vegetable dishes ala Lemonade in the Los Angeles area. They use fresh vegetables in unique and tasty ways. They are no afraid of spices or unique flavor combinations. They call it' "Southern California Comfort Food." An example of a dish is "Cauliflower, golden raisin, almond, and curry vinaigrette" or "Israeli Coucous with wild mushroms, parmesan, and lemon-truffle vinaigrette." Can you recommend a recipe book or other recipes I might try?
