A few years ago while in Brittany, my husband and I had lunch at this little place along the main strip in Cancale, on the water. We had oysters and fish soup, and I'm interested in recreating the soup at home. I really can't remember much about it, although it was delicious and I know it is more or less a regional specialty so I'm assuming somewhere there is a basic recipe that I can go off of. Google searches have not turned up much.
It was a light red/orange color, and pureed but with some chunkiness. I actually found a picture of it through some google searches. Any ideas?
