Long-time lurker here in the middle of planning a family trip to Paris and San Sebastian. i've enjoyed scouring through all the wonderful posts here and I'm excited about our restaurant itinerary.
My main issue now is finding a great place to eat out on our first night in Paris which will include our relatives. It will be a party of 7, including 6 adults and our well-behaved (hopefully) 2-year old. So far he has done well during longer meals in restaurants and we're hoping this continues! I'd preferably like to be walking distance (up to 10-15min) from our apartment near Rue Montorgueil (Sentier Metro).
I tried to reserve Pirouette but unfortunately they said the largest party they can accommodate is 6.
I considered Frenchie but probably too cramped for such a large group? Other nearby restaurants that i'm not sure will work for us: Comptoir de la Gastronomie, Maceo, Le Lulli (Thank you John T. for your review on this one..looks amazing).
Any suggestions for a resto that will take a larger group and not be too cramped for a child would be much appreciated. My price point is anything around 50euro/person. For reference, we're also dining at the following places (not all with our 2 yr old): David Toutain, Spring, Le Cinq, Ze Kitchen Gallerie, JL Nomicos, L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, and one other (Le Lulli-if not on day one, Bones or Pierre Sang).
Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance!
