An azuki cream is a sweet Japanese pastry that my boss used to get in Brookline, Mass. It's filled with azuki bean paste and custard. It's more like a little cake than a pastry - it's not a bun or cream puff. They are usually sold on a little cardboard cupcake-wrapper-like disc, since they're pretty soft.
