I don't post here often, but figured this was the best place to come with a pressing question: where in the Bay Area can one find varieties of avocados other than the ubiquitous Hass?
Don't get me wrong -- I love Hass avocados. But this morning I read an article in the NY Times that discussed other varieties. Now I want to try Reed, and Fuerte. My mouth is all set for an avocado feast!
