I'm a home cheesemaker in San Franciso and looking for a source for goat's or sheeps milk in or around SF. I've been able to locate Meyenberg Goat's milk, but it is ultra-pasturized, which is not great for making cheese. Does anyone know a place where I can buy pastuerized (or raw) goat's or sheep's milk?
I've heard rumors that sheep's milk can be found out in the Richmond district, but I've searched and have come up short.
Would love any suggestions!
