I saw a post somewhat like this but reading into it I think it's not what I'm looking for.
The dish I am about to describe I had it back in my country Panama (for those who don't know where it is...its in central america); the dish is served by Chinese restaurant.
Is a little vague (or not).
So the main ingredient of this dish is shrimp. I believe its two shrimp on top of each other (I am curious how they stick together). They wrap the shrimp with something. "Usually" is a piece of ham but recently I found out they can put other stuff but I guess "traditionally" is ham. Around the shrimp is "dipped/rolled" with some sesame seed. The shrimp are bath with mayo.
The dish presentation (at least what i've seen so far) is filled with strips of lettuce sitting under the shrimp and around the plate.
